Hello I’m Mrs Gray, a Secondary Maths Teacher and Deputy Head of Maths based in the UK. 

Having spent several years working in real classrooms with real behaviour, I’ve learnt this… teaching is hard, really hard. 

 Behaviour is one of the biggest challenges for new teachers. It can leave you feeling drained, second guessing yourself and constantly wondering what you’re doing wrong – this was me. Behaviour challenges slowly chips away at your confidence and once your confidence is blown everything becomes harder. 

That’s exactly why I created Mrs Gray’s Toolbox.
